We Sound Effects is a community that allow members to buy and sell sound effects libraries licenses. Where buyers and vendors transact with each other directly and we provide the platform to allow the transactions to happen.
During your time with us you agree to follow the ground rules outlined in these terms so please read and understand them. If you don’t accept the terms then we’ll be sad, but you will need to leave because your use of We Sound Effects website is conditional on your acceptance to be bound by these terms, whether you become a member or not.
You need to be 13 years or over to use We Sound Effects website. Minors may use this site only under the assistance of a parent or legal guardian. Under any circumstances minors under 13 years may use this site.

MEMBERSHIP
You need to be 18 years or over to create an account on We Sound Effects.
Membership is free. Your membership will allow you to ‘purchase’ (license) sound effects libraries from vendors, also gives you the opportunity to become a vendor if you create your own sound effects libraries.
You must provide real, accurate and complete personal information through the registration process and to keep such information updated all the time.
LICENSE
When you purchase sound effects libraries, you acquire the single-user right to use those sound effects libraries; you’re not actually acquiring the sound libraries itself. What you get includes a license directly from the vendor to use the sound effects libraries.
These sound effects libraries are owned by the vendors, not by us, and are subject to specific End-User Terms of Use (EULA), these terms are the ‘license’ that you purchase. All sound libraries available on We Sound Effects are Royalty Free.
PRICING
Prices are always in American Dollars ($) and excluding VAT. VAT will be charged only to customers within European Union at the end of purchasing process, VAT rates will change depending on the customer location within EU. Non EU customers will not be charged VAT.
PURCHASES & DOWNLOADS
You must register and create an account to purchase any sound libraries available through We Sound Effects.
The purchased sound libraries download is available immediately after the payment process. The sound libraries will be available on your account during one week and for 3 download attempts, after this period you will need to contact us if you need a new download link.
We strongly recommend keeping a copy of the purchased sound libraries in a safe location; we cannot guarantee you that any sound library will continue to be available at We Sound Effects. If a vendor removes a particular sound library from our catalogue we will not have access to this sound effects library so we cannot provide it to you anymore.
Please check your SPAM folder after processing any order, you should receive an order confirmation email including download links.
REFUNDS
Given the nature of digital content, a refund or credit on a purchase is not allowed. All sales are final.
INDEMNITY & LIABILITY
You agree to indemnify and hold each of the We Sound Effects Parties harmless against all claims or liability asserted against any of us arising out of or in connection with any breach by you or anyone acting on your behalf of any of these terms of use or our EULA.
When you purchase sound effects libraries through We Sound Effects, you agree that we are not responsible for, and you release us from liability arising out of or in connection with the sound libraries purchased and the information provided by vendors about their sound effects libraries.
COOKIES
We may use cookies, for example, to keep track of your preferences and profile information. Cookies are also used to collect general usage and volume statistical information (does not include personal information) to provide a better user experience. You can disable cookies from your browser settings at anytime.
